Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. If orders are placed on a weekend or holiday, they will be shipped within the next 3 business days. If you’d like your package shipped on a certain date or a certain way, just let us know, we are happy to fulfill your request!
Shipping Charges within the United States: 
USPS orders are shipped Priority Mail and should be delivered in 5-7 days. However, USPS Priority Mail delivery times are not guaranteed. Orders with APO/FPO addresses and in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and may take longer to be delivered. International Shipping Charges
We ship international orders via USPS Priority Mail International (1-3 weeks est delivery) or UPS Worldwide Expedited (5 days to Canada, 5-7 day delivery elsewhere) based on your choice during checkout. UPS Worldwide Expedited packages are fully trackable and insured, plus, delivery is guaranteed. We strongly recommend choosing the UPS option for the assurance it provides, especially for time sensitive, important or larger orders.
Shipping costs for USPS Priority Mail International are $9.00 for every $60.00 spent for Canada and Mexico. All other countries are $11.00 for every $60.00 spent. Costs for UPS Worldwide Expedited vary based on your order and location. It is more expensive for smaller orders but cheaper than USPS for larger orders. The cost of UPS Worldwide Expedited service for your order will be shown during checkout.
Order Cancellation Fee:
We charge a $5 fee for any canceled orders after the order has been processed and is ready to be shipped. You may not cancel any fabric that has already been cut for your order. Sales Tax: Sales tax of 6% is included for Idaho residents only. Payment Methods: We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept checks.
Orders can be placed online, by phone at (208) 528-7879, or by fax (208) 552-5199. Return Policy: Are goal is to have our complete customer satisaction. We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. A 20% restocking fee is charged for returns. Sale items and cut yardage may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition and packaging.
